Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains what information Visa Map ("we", "us") handles when you use visamap.co.in. In short: there are no accounts, we do not sell your personal information, and we collect very little.

Information you give us

If you use our "Report outdated info", "Request a country" or feedback forms, you send us whatever you type into them. These forms are provided by Google Forms, so Google processes the submission under its own privacy policy. Please do not include sensitive personal details such as passport numbers, ID numbers or financial information.

Information collected automatically

Stored on your device

We save your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This stays on your device and is not used to track you. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Cookies and analytics

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies of our own. To see how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is designed to work without cookies and without collecting personal data about individual visitors. You can read how Cloudflare handles data in its privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links to travel services. When you click one, the partner's website or an affiliate network may set cookies or collect information about your visit, under their own privacy policies, so that a purchase can be credited to us. We do not receive your payment details or the details you enter on their sites.

Email updates

We do not currently collect email addresses. If we offer email updates in future, we will only use the address you give us to send what you signed up for, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

How we use information

We use the information above to run and secure the site, fix mistakes, understand what visitors need, and reply to feedback. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers named above (Cloudflare, Google and Esri) and, if you click them, the third-party sites you visit. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can use the site without sharing anything beyond what your browser sends automatically. If you sent us something through a form and want it deleted, contact us and we will remove what we hold. You can also block cookies or clear local storage in your browser.

Children

Visa Map is a general travel information site and is not directed at children.

Links to other sites

We link to official government sites and travel services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
